It is preferable that the soil does not contain much organic material, such as peat moss and that the plant is not fertilized with heavy nitrogen as this can cause an explosion of soft, flabby growth that can make the plant prone to bacterial rots. Decomposed granite is often an excellent media as it has many trace minerals and is similar to the South African quartz fields where these and others of the "Stone Mimicry" are found growing. Disappointed at first
When comforter arrived in vacuum sealed bag and didn't "fluff" after 24 hours on guest bed, I put it in dryer on refresh. Still not kind of loft I expected.
I put a duvet on it and used it. What a great surprise. It is so warm and now very fluffy. For the Price point of this comforter, I highly recommend it.

Very nice but….
I love the softness, quality, and feel of the product (feels crispy?? Not sure that’s the right word but it’s good). The comforter has a tiny bit of noise but I wasn’t bothered.
Now… I am a huge fan of fluffiness and this just quite didn’t get as fluffy as I had hoped (compared to my other one) so I deducted one star. I kept shaking and fluffing and finally I put in the dryer. First I put on low tumble as suggested and that did absolutely nothing. So then I put another time in the dryer at regular heat and that helped some. I suspect ( but don’t know yet) this could fill out with time.
So I will keep the item and we’ll see if I buy another one. I love to put down comforters in my guest rooms so my guests feel like they’re in a hotel on vacation. It’s my treat to friends/family.

Very, very comfortable and perfect weight.
It is a wonderful comforter, takes about ten days for it to fluff back to normal after shipping. I have not slept so go in months.
